[AC8227L] Connection (Wifi, Bluetooth) issues (among many) on c****y Chinese unbranded unit

Hi all,

Recently, I purchased an unbranded Chinese HU for my Renault Megane 3 and of course didn't really check this forum advices before buying it. I ended with what seems a fake Android 12 device with poor specs (1G/16GB). Since I received it, I have been facing many issues like slowliness (p.e > 1mn to fully boot) but the worst issues are that I'm unable to have Bluetooth or Wifi running; the Bluetooth does not seem to be seen or broadcasted, the Wifi does not work and keeps toggling off. In conclusion, the HU seems useless but I would like to ensure that I can do something about it (in the meanwhile, I ordered a Teyes CC3 and I'm waiting to be shipped).

I've been reading many of the topics in this forum and tried to root the HU in order to get some "real" infos (p.e brand) about it but I've met some difficulties:
- TWRP with faulty touchscreen calibration
- unability to mount USB OTG or SD Card on TWRP

I will try to connect to the HU with ADB later but I would need some help in identifying the HU in order to get the right ROM (expecting that the Bluetooth/Wifi is issue is "only" software based before trying to solder/clean the antenna connection). With the following pictures, can any of you help me in identifying the HU and guide me on which ROM I could pick?

Hi, I think that your radio unit (controler for radio) or canbus box (box that controls ECU commands sent) isn't compatible for your car. Ask seller to proide you correct factory settings for that device.
Faulty GPS antenna can also cause problems with device. Check yours, disconnect antenna and see if helps other things like bluetooth connection and wifi.
