I think no functional difference. Just theme/color change. I'm using UI20 now.



#799 shows you have YT5670B 4GB model so FW link above is correct. I still don't know why some FW has J version # and its meaning.



I don't know about language specifics on the updates. Probably will change to correct language once everything is set. Please do read NOTE 3 here since this update will wipe Zlink iicense.

Finally, I don't know if any recent updates provide much value in terms of feature/bug fixes. You could try UI20 with your current firmware and see if it works if thats your main interest.

I didn't archive any 1280x720 UIs. My YT5760B is 1024x600 so thats the only one I archived in case need to go back to older version. Didn't anticipate xyauto to remove these UI files.

after updating the wrong UI with the wrong resolution (1920 x 720) now my screen is not working (black screen) while the functions are still working. i tried flashing the xyauto rom again but the screen doesn't come on either. i think need to re-flash UI 1280 x 720

Constantly cuts out, lags, etc.

It came with 3.9.27 version of ZLINK.

I read that zlink 5.3.8 apk version exists, does it work with the 1024x600 versions?

Can anyone share the apk and maybe the older 1.72 or 1.71 versions?

For some reason, I found the 3.9.27 is best zlink to work with 5760B.
I believe 3.9.27 was also used on 1.73 maybe 1.72 as well.
You can try 3.9.48, but I have tried several releases newer than 3.9.27, they all have sound distortion issue, at least it happened with my 5760B.

I think do have zlink 5 saved on my computer somewhere, i will try to find it for you.
the only issue is Zlink 5 cannot be full screen, there is always an android task bar on top. if you dont mind this, than zlink5 should be good for you.

here is the zlink 5 ota file, it contains older version of zlink5.
I also have the zlink 5.3.17 apk. (I believe this is the newer version)
The ota file contains some system supporting files for running zlink5. (So just install zlink5 apk will not work)
the easiest way is to update with zlink5 ota file, and than install 5.3.17 apk to update zlink5 to latest version.
Reminder to restart the system before use.

Very cool thx, I'll put a link to these repositories on the website.

Installed 5.3.17 over my 5.3.8, install removed my launch icon from UI20 home page. Reboot HU, put zlink launch icon back and zlink runs CarPlay fine but not a user so no heavy testing.

BTW, there are 2 other online zlink repositories but I've not tried either of these

• 5.2.72 on apkcombo ZLINK APK (Android App) - Free Download (apkcombo.com). Installed fine but UI20 launch icon disappeared like 5.3.17 above post installed. Didn't reboot or test any further. I would guess it works fine if someone wants to try it. Installed 5.3.8 again and ran without any problem. Repository also have older 5.2.x versions.
• Zplus V1.1.12 on zjinnova website. No idea if this will work zlink activation key on these HUs. Its the 12MB file, use google translate to see the file name ( zLink mobile phone software - android ) 北京至简科技有限公司 - 至简科技 (zjinnova.com) For testing, installed it on my android phone, booted and got the version # but went no further than this.

Problem arose after updating to 1.73.7

I just checked and the old install used to have the same zlink version, and then 3.8.34 before that.
So actually the issue came from the OS update.

Basically it drops zlink connection often, or worse, lags/freezes the stream (audio)

There is a setting in Android settings called "invert colors" or similar. Try to use the search function on top of settings to find it....

Update on the ZLink issue.
Updating to ZLink 5 did not solve the issue.

I assume I need to reflash the OS.
I tried to load an older version, but it does not allow me to downgrade via usb flash drive.

My biggest issues now are the constant connection drop when using ZLink (it plays music via bluetooth just fine)
And the high pitch static/cpu/something sound via speakers - this one is hella annoying when there is no music, and I have not been able to find the culprit.

The static is there only when the unit tries to play music or any sound, when the amp turns off, no static.
It's clearly a cpu related, as it gets more active when the unit is trying to open an app, or play a video, its less pronounced when just idling.
