Access to full camera controls on manual mode.

Sometimes I still get impressed by the XZ Premium camera quality, but I really would like to have full controls on ISO (higher than 3200 , lower than 50) and on shutter speed (way beyond 1s).
Is there any way even with root to have full camera control?
