Access Wireless Manager (Connections) as an App?

Does anyone know how to access the Wireless Manager without having to navigation to the Settings Tab? I would like to add it as my PTT hotkey.

Answered my own question. The app is \Windows\CommManager.exe size 507KB. Just create a shortcut in the Start Menu list.
