Accessory for sea diving?

Is there an accessory for make really waterproof in sea our Oneplus 7 pro? i know there is some plastic bag to put in but i don't trust so much
Because now we got a nice camera and i want to test in some condition like underwater on holiday

I had this issue so I bought a note 9 waterproof case off Amazon for $25 going to see how well atleast the screen responds and fits. One way or another I'll post results either good or bad.
