Accidentally unrooted on Phoenix ROM

Wanted to get android pay working and I bit off more than I could handle. Used supersu unroot I accidentally unrooted and have no way to get it back! No way to install binaries.

No safestrap (no root)
NO flashfire (no root)

NO custom recovery (not on kit Kat for safestrap)

I'm on a custom phoenix rom but I'm stumped as hell what to do

I'm going to Odin back to a exploitable kitkat firmware then towel root and get safe strap then from safestrap go back to Phoenix
