Activation VoLTE/VoWiFi - TIM Brasil on OnePlus 5 Android 10.

It worked for me at TIM Brasil on OnePlus 5 Android 10.

1. It worked by unlocking bootloader and installing root with magisk.

* The only different thing I did was to use the mcfg_sw.mbn file from One Plus 5 version of android 9.0, using the command from step 4.

I used the same method you did but with different files to activate VoLTE and VoWiFi for Vodafone Czechia on my OnePlus 5. I have used files from Nokia 8.1. If anyone wants to get their VoLTE/VoWiFi working, I can link the files.
