So I saw 3minit has now been updated for 11 and that gave me several questions, namely: Can/does your 3minit mod play nicely with this ADB installer mod, or would 3minit need to be added back into this installer to work correctly with the other mods here? I'm guessing the latter, but you know what they say about assumptions :silly:

Yes, the latter. All other mods are stand-alone mods.

I just uploaded one that would need testing as far as linux goes because I had to do the whole thing over again since it has 3Minit and other things added back in.

Just tested - appears "powershell.exe" needs replaced all to "pwsh" again in all Linux files. Can't really continue beyond that :silly:

I can't find any powershell.exe's in the batslinux files?? Can you be more specific??

Certainly - before editing the file I get the following error on remove navbar option, not sure how many others as I used a replace all command to fix - this one to be precise:
find . -type f -exec sed -i.bak "s/powershell.exe/pwsh/g" {} \;
Unfortunately, that replaces it in all directories, so it probably borks Windows installer I'd assume.

Error before that command:
navbar/nav0/vrtheme/system/./: 11 file.... 32.7 MB/s (14778999 bytes in 0.431s)

adb: error: cannot stat 'navbar/navbargone/vrtheme/system/.': No such file or directory

After replacing all instances of powershell.exe with pwsh, I get the following error when trying to install 3minit:

adb: error: cannot stat 'batt/3minit/vrtheme/system/.': No such file or directory

Sorry for the delay - was trying to fix issues myself instead of bugging you before replying again :p I'd be glad to help test any way I can :good:

What file did you have to replace powershell.exe files in?

Here's the base Installer and the navbar remover file. I don't see any powershell.exe?

I truly don't know. I ran the find command in the previous post, because the error is as such in the first example without replacing all instances in the whole dir of "powershell.exe" with "pwsh". I don't know how to replace on a more selective basis, so I don't know where it replaced meaningfully. I was hoping the errors it shot me would give a clue

Oh, what you are doing is replacing the windows powershell files. The Installer has 3 kinds of installers, .bat (batch files), windows powershell files, and linux powershell files. Please delete what you have done, just use the powershell menu for linux and try again. Don't change anything. Let me do that.

I know there are three installers and I understand the system wide approach isn't correct because of that. I was just trying to show you the error I got with no modifications, and then the subsequent error I got when I bypassed the original error with the replace command. I learned that command the first go-around, figured I may as well send more info than less. I still have the unmodified installer as well. Again, using the Linux powershell menu as I have done with the previous installers, it leads me to this error in your unmodified installer:

Removing Navbar

navbar/nav0/vrtheme/system/./: 11 file.... 38.7 MB/s (14778999 bytes in 0.365s)
adb: error: cannot stat 'navbar/navbargone/vrtheme/system/.': No such file or directory
You chose option #1

Edit: I just now realized none of these contain any mention of powershell.exe. I haven't replicated an error that has, and thus I haven't sent a log that really reflects why I would have been replacing files to begin with. The first time I ran the installer i somehow got a powershell error, don't know what happened. I see now where the confusion came from. Anyway, I'll stop trying to make edits and just wait on things to test :good:
Thanks again

I meant to take out the battery remover menu. Use custom batteries menu. There are four choices for battery remover, one for each base.

My bad. Replace the nav0.ps1 in the batslinux/navbar folder with this one.

That does indeed fix that up. Attempting to install 3minit under custom batteries, option 7, I get the following error:

Please make a selection: 5

Installing 3Minit

adb: error: cannot stat 'batt/3minit/vrtheme/system/.': No such file or directory
You chose option #5

Probably because batt/3minit wasn't batt/3Minit

Here are a couple of files to drop into batslinux/batt folder (the edge sense one was missing completely).

I appreciate you and everything you do and help with!

Same to ya! Thinking of finally staying stock and just running my kernel this cycle, as your mods make stock tolerable. That said, I'm glad to do anything I can to get the mods working not just for myself, but to help ya bring all features you can up for Linux users who might not be as savvy. :highfive:

The ADB Mod Installer from OP has its file corrupted. An error occurs when extracting the file.

Have you ever used this before?
I figured it out, for some reason had to unplug and replug for the phone to be recognized. Sorry about that.

Edit: Why does it say "permission denied" when trying to build the module?

Check in magisk to see if you gave adb shell, root permission.
Thats exactly what it was, thank you so much.

This is in place until TWRP is ready. You need root and of course you need to be attached to your PC. On first installation of systemui base, a pop-up asking to give ADB shell root permission will show. Please do so.

The purpose of this installer is to generate for you a custom module that you can flash in Magisk Manager. It will have all the mods that you have selected from the installer menu.

Custom clocks (date, etc) and internet speed indicators do not change colors due to light-dark background colors like the statusbar icons do.

The developer of Active edge gave me permission to use his base so that people would not have to make a choice between his and my mods. All credit for this goes to him. You must delete the active edge sense module and use one of my active edge modules. If it doesn't say active edge then it isn't active edge sense compatible. If there is an issue with edge sense after flashing, do not contact edge sense op with issues. He does not troubleshoot modified versions of his mod (and neither do I).

I'm also including my Pixel Launcher mod. Also a ADB Installer. You can change app drawer background-text color (separately for light mode and dark mode), remove weather from Launcher. Change the number of hot seat icons on home page (and size) as well as change the number of columns in the app drawer.

    ADB Installer Instructions-Root is required

    1. Flash one of the SystemUI Bases First. They provide the necessary smali files and public ID's for everything to work.
    2. FLASH ALL THE MODS YOU WANT. ONCE YOU DONE WITH EVERYTHING, FLASH THE "COMPLETE INSTALLATION" Option. This will create a Magisk Manager flashable zip in a folder on your sdcard called ozop. Flash that to install your selection of mods.

    Root required
    Instructions.
    1. Unzip ADB Mods Installer Files.zip on your PC
    2. Run TulsadiverModsInstaller.bat (Give ADB Shell Root Permissions. If missed on first opportunity, turn on in magisk manager, superuser)
    3. ADB debugging Enabled
    4. Flash one of the SystemUI Bases First. They provide the necessary smali files and public ID's for everything to work
    5. Go through the other options selecting what all mods you want. It is generally best to start at the top and work your way down.
    6. Once finished with selections, run "Complete Installation" at the bottom. This will generate your mymagisk.zip module in a folder called "ozop" on your sdcard.
