Adb mount and push problem

I need to push a file via ADB.
The pc can see the phone.
Problem is, when I push the file, I get permission denied. (no root).
How can I make temp root and mount the phones system/ as rw?

You need find root or temp root for your phone(google help you).After that in adb use adb su.
