What is the best place to download the stock latest firmware I Would need? SAMFIRMWARE does NOT list AT&T...... Just USA and USC.......

There is one LRA seems to be working on s8 and s8+ firmware.

I updated OP . There new unreleased update showed up on servers today. G7 to GF

Can I side load or update straight from SD card GD to GF? Or does it have to be original firmware?

There is no GD to GF update. You need to go back to F7 or G1

Hey norbarb, if I Odin back to the original firmware F7 using the Home CSC I will not lose data and setup, so my question is when side loading from ADB via the PC terminal command it automatically wipes everything at the end... If I update GF from the SD card via stock recovery update will it also wipe everything or will it just update keeping all intact?

Nevermind I did it and it wiped the data applying update zip from SD in stock recovery as well, grrrrrrrr

Sorry. Every ADB sideload will wipe your data.

I've seen videos of people doing it without losing data..... Hoped it would work.. Not like I'm incapable of restoring it's just a PITA!!!! Now I hope GF is the official update LOL so I don't have to do this again... Is it around the 20th for AT&T to release their updates?

I don't know that yet. They may release GD build. We will not know until day they release firmware

That link helped a lot. So looks like my phone has not received any of the updates and my phones software is not even listed on the previous softwares.

where did you get your phone? Are you in USA and do you have AT&T sim card in? Did you call AT&T and ask them about your problem ?

Yes I am in USA and it is an AT&T phone Model with an AT&T sim card inside
