adb sideload issues

Hey, I have to sideload OOS on my OnePlus 5.
I tried following this thread:

I tried to sideload OOS 5.0.2 from the original website using Blu Spark TWRP' but the CMD keep saying that "it cant read file"
Where I was wrong?
Note that the ZIP was not extracted, maybe that was the mistake? Sorry if its a dumb question.

ya so im having issues now as well....

ive been side-loading for 6 months and now all of a sudden i cant get any of my computers to do anything but flash a recovery on to my op5...

sorry i dont have the remedy but ill be watching this closely ...


did something change recently ? or am i just missing something obvious and or going crazy

Use Ubuntu. Sideload is broken on Windows.
