Ran into a possible issue with QEF. SD card performance took a MAJOR hit, to the point where anything that uses the SD card is unresponsive.

I'm going to copy all my files over to my PC, format my SD card, and see if that helps. If not, I'm going to ODIN back.

For the people flashing these newer QE* firmwares, has the camera app been updated? QDE comes with version 7.0.68.
Yes, it's now 7.0.75

Exactly what I was thinking...just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something simple. Thanks for affirming.
This must be the case. I noticed after the update it gives the "ADB sideload complete" message followed by "Wiping device...". So it certainly seems it's a recovery thing that occurs after the sideload. Boo!

Are you unzipping from initial zip to individual zip files. In example: U4QEB to U4QEF.zip ? Are this individual files in root of ADB folder?
Can you please post point by point how do you trying to update by ADB sideload ?. BTW file is not corrupted I check that.

I am unzipping the initial folder to get to the other zipped folders. Thereafter I reboot my phone into recovery and send the command adb sideload G955USQU1AQDE-to-U1AQEF.zip, when i do that it fails to verify the signature. also when i unzip the main folder to get to the other zipped folders i am getting CRC failed. I have attached the screenshots of the error message i get when unsipping.
