This should do the trick.

What firmware/radio are you using?

build 6.0.9.401.5 cl366813
Kernel 3.4.10-g401b189c
Base 4a.22.3263.14_10.38n.1157.04L

Sent from my HTC One Dev Ed

edit: it did not help... I guess I need to redo arhd...

OK so I re installed 81.0 back and it's now all OK. Not sure why it just won't let me connect.
When I dialed it would think it had connected to the number but the other phone would never ring...

Install failed

On ARHD 81.0 and ARHD 82.0, my attempt to install this neat app fails. The message says "unable to open zip" then the process reports "Failed". TWRP 2.6.3.4

I have downloaded the ZIP three times, and each fails in the same way.

Any clues will be appreciated, since the wifi calling will be a welcome addition for my unlocked, S-OFF, rooted developer M7 phone on T-Mo.

Try TWRP 2.8.0.1, it worked for @elherr.

Are you able to send MMS media attachments over T-Mobile WiFi in Hangouts? It fails for me. Just says "sending"... From what I have read only the stock T-Mobile ROM app can send MMS over WiFi.
You are correct. This has been an issue for some time and doesn't work with third party messaging apps. Some have tried to trick you into thinking they work when in reality all those apps do is disable wifi and enable mobile data to send the MMS.

I'll try and play around with the various stock T-Mobile files to see if I can get MMS working with wifi calling enabled on ARHD.

To be continued...

Any chance this will work on a non-Sense (no pun intended) ROM using 4.4.4 such as CandyKat: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2661531
Starting to find that I really miss this feature, but l really don't care for the stock-look ROMs.
I haven't done any tests with a non-sense ROM yet. I imagine it won't work since a lot of the programming behind T-Mobile's WiFi calling was done with HTC's Sense and Samsung's TouchWiz (maybe others too?).

If you want to give it a try, first take a look at the default.xml file located in your /system/customize/ACC and look for this section:

<app name="TMOUS_IMS">
<item type="boolean" name="enable_wifi_ims">true</item>
</app>

My guess is that your non-sense based ROM won't have this. But if you want to try it out, adb pull that file over to your PC, edit the file to include the above, save, replace default.xml that is in the flashable zip, backup /system, cross fingers!

If all fails, you can restore /system and all will be back to normal. I'd be interested to hear if anything happens!

It's been a while...

Time sure does fly by when you're having fun! I haven't been able to dedicate much time to this addon since posting the ARHD 81 zip, but that's all about to change here soon I hope! Once Thanksgiving comes and goes, I'll have a few weeks to dive into some more stuff before New Years rolls along.

Stay tuned!

Cool, I'll give it a shot.

A bit off-topic, but to you know what other files need to be added to a stock rom to get T-Mobile LTE working?

Thanks
I would hope your LTE is working :D Maybe you need to download a different radio from here.

As for WiFi Calling, I'm not too sure what other files we would need. I haven't yet dug into the apks to see what they point to, but my best educated guess would be that they all link to the HtcContactsDialer.apk which would also need to be reverse engineered and who knows where that would lead. I hear there's quite the bounty over here to get it working for vanilla based ROMs. There's also a group of folks doing some alpha/beta work since T-Mobile open sourced the code over here.

I only saw the LTE icon when I was using a custom rom (InsertCoin), a T-Mobile version (it allows you to pick your carrier during install), but never on the stock rom. That's why I'm wondering what files I need to make it work on the stock rom. Maybe the radio, I'm not too sure about flashing radios so I will do some research.

I installed your addon but unfortunately I'm getting the same error I was getting with the InsertCoin custom rom: ER05 "Invalid Sim." I am using a Sense 6 4.4.2 stock rom. I recently got a new sim card in case mine was too old.

Not sure what to do next. Thanks for all the info so far, it's helping me understand things a bit better.
