Same here; flash player 11 does not work on Honeycomb 3.2.1 and Transformer.
Opera it just comes up with a black area
With Stock Browser it crashes.

Now I need to find 10.3 apk

I found a 10.3.186.3 apk

EDIT: I installed Dolphin for Pad and Flash 11 workis in it.

Seems like Honeycomb 3.2.1 or whatever the last Asus update was, had a different implementation of flash playback where it would pass the video on to the video player. This version of flash crashes in the default browser but I was able to play Avatar 720p fine in Maxthon.

Working fine on mine with flash update today and latest Asus update last week, playing 720 and latest 1080 in stock browser on YouTube, got rid of opera as the update before last sorted out the web browser, still very slight lag typing on here but much better.

Just updated. Fps in youtube test video actually dropped to 23-26 in 720p, but the real 720p videos became smoother, same for very complex flash sites. Using stock browser.

Does the flash video play in browser or open the video player?

updated on stock transformer
hbogo.com is still crappy
- video starts out with low quality
- then, it changes to HD which looks great for 10 seconds and then slideshow begins
I don't have a problem streaming stuff from hbogo.com with the HP Touchpad. From start to finish, it plays flawlessly.

Touchpad flash >>> transformer flash :(

I think the installation of Flash 11 breaks the newest implementation of flash 3.2.1. Remember how flash videos would load with a swirling blue honeycomb style circle and the video controls looked more like the honeycomb video player? Even if you uninstall version 11 and install 10.3, you can't get this back.

Anyone know how to restore the old implementation?

I traded email with an adobe engineer regarding this issue. He provided a fix for the browser crashing that worked for me. Clear browser data. This will kill Flash Player's config.data file and force it to re download, but you'll lose your bookmarks and cookies, etc. I restarted the tablet and when you next run the browser Flash Player will re-download it's config data from the server at next launch. They also said that they don't support Opera — just the stock browser.

OK, per Android Police, this version of Adobe doesn't have hardware acceleration!

" Unfortunately, the latest blog post from Adobe indicates that 2D and 3D graphics rendering through Stage 3D will only be available on Windows, Mac OS X and connected TVs. Apparently, a "production release" of Flash Player 11 with support for Stage 3D will be available for Android, Apple iOS and BlackBerry in an "upcoming release""

That didn't fix it for me. Which rom are yo using? And can you please upload the config.data file you have? (and tell us where that file is located?) Thank you!
