Adopt SD Card as internal storage

hello.
I am a newbie ... im trying to get adoptable storage for my samsung galaxy s7, SGH-I747M.
i've been trying to fix this for days.
Trying to follow a thread I found to use ADB
I can start the ADB shell.
adb shell
but when I try to continue
sm list-disks - gives me error "/system/bin/sh sm not found.

please help me on how to fix this. my phone is rooted btw, thanks

You sure its S7? Because SGH-I747M is Galaxy S3

That is why it won't work. Your device does t support it. Even though Samsung disabled the option on everything but their bottom tier devices.
