You are flashing md5 files? What size?
some of the files

(stock firmware) I8190XXANR6_I8190DTMANE3_HOME.tar.md5 -> 1.18 GB
los14.1_golden.nova.20171215.ODIN_TWRP.tar.md5 -> 575 MB
I8190_stock-recovery.tar.md5 -> 6.75 MB
twrp2.8_golden.nova.20140911.tar.md5 -> 7.90 MB

Can you power off directly after flashing twrp? Any error messages?
After flashing, odin says pass
If auto restart is checked on odin, phone restarts and boot to rom
After flashing, using power button can be powered off
But when I try to boot into recovery using 3 button combination, it gets stuck at the boot logo

Hi!
Could the model of the device be anything else?
Did you open the cover and look at the model of the device?
Sometimes the firmware and the actual model of the device are not the same.
