after OTA to nougat, what to do?

after updating to official OTA to nougat, how do we root the device? need to get back the double tap to wake hack and notification led,

Flash TWRP and install SuperSU as normal.

Wait for the new tag in platform/manifest and build an aosp, then port all the relevant features to Nougat. I know I'm gonna do that .
