After unbricking, custom ROMs are unusable

I've bricked my 3T a couple times, and since changing the Qualcomm drivers in the process of unbricking it, custom ROMs like Nitrogen and Havoc display lots of graphical artifacts even though Oxygen doesn't. Does anyone know a solution to this? It seems regardless of the three drivers I install, I get these issues, but on Oxygen I only get WiFi not working with one of them. I should also note that I have replaced the screen as well, if it might be relevant!
