*PS: There's also a new app called Bix-Remap that seems to work fine as-well but i believe a post as been made on this recently. Let's make sure to test and help these apps as they are in their "testing" stages.

As mentioned below, this even newer app called "bxActions" seems to work a whole lot better. Lag between the Bixby button and the remaped app are very minimal.
Make sure to support all these apps.
