Stupid me! I was trying to un-root my phone. I downloaded some files that I thought were for my phone, and I was wrong.

I attached the following image so you could see what my device is running. I am also using a Galaxy S2 from AT&T.

The problems that I am having:

  1. My home button works as the back button. Which leads me to believe that the software that I used, is probably for the Galaxy S2 that has the physical home button, not the home button that shows the little house.
  2. My search button doesn't work.
  3. I cant boot into download mode.

If I was able to get into download mode, I would be able to flash my phone with a different rom. Any ideas?

Thanks in advanced! :D

Please reupload the photo on Imgur.com so i dont have to sign in with a yahoo account. Also seems like you flashed a bootloader. Gonna have to ask someone else.

Go to the Download Repository to get the files you need. Follow one of these two ways to correct this:

1) Flash I777UCKH7-CL503881 Stock Binaries using Odin. Use the version that includes bootloaders as you need to replace the secondary bootloader. This will take you the original UCKH7 2.3.4 Gingerbread fully stock. Then use my guide to root and customize.

2) First flash the secondary bootloader sbl.tar using odin. Then flash the I777UCLE5 Stock Binaries using odin, or the one-click odin downloader. This will put the phone on ICS UCLE5 4.0.3. Then you can use the information in the above guide but be sure to use an ICS custom kernel.
