I recommend using Open GApps (Platform: ARM, Version: 8.1).
Other packages like MindTheGapps might work, but I haven't tested any of these.

The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android Oreo. You don't need to install any Add-on's, simply download the latest ROM, GApps, flash it and go!
1. Backup your data!!! (Yeah, yeah, I know, I know. But ya still gotta remind people!)
2. Wipe your device, (I use TWRP and I do an advanced wipe)
3. Flash the ROM
4. After the ROM is flashed, go back and install OpenGapps.
5. After OpenGapps installs, go back and install Magisk
Prerequisities:
Marshmallow Bootloader installed
TWRP >= 3.2.1-2 installed
Marshmallow Bootloader installed
TWRP >= 3.2.1-2 installed

Final Notes!!!
Hi everyone! This is my first contribution to the forum. I have tested this on my Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo, (SM-903W). It mostly works, however, I have the Canadian variant, so I still have the bug where when you receive a call, the caller can't hear you. If you have a non-Canadian version, it should work for your phone.
