Ainol Novo 7 Paladin USB OTG Doesn't work

Hello guys,

I'm having a problem with my Paladin.
I bought USB OTG cable and it look's like it doesn't work. When I connect any of 3 pendrives only one will blink but still no result in tablet.

I've tried runing it many times but without luck. USB OTG Helper shows theres No Drives Found!.
I saw person got it working: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GiBli8zBwsc but I cannot understand him.

Do you have any idea how to get it to work ?

Forgot, to tell. It does supply 5V via USB. As USB Hub is lightning works and pendrive led does work too.
Maybe missing drivers in android ?
