One Click Method For Rooting IRIS 405, You Don't Even Need A PC To Root Your Device, Just Download The FRAMAROOT Application And Follow The Steps Below.

Rooting Iris Video Tutorial By: Vipul Verma

1. Download & Install Framaroot.apk and open it.

2. Choose Install SuperSu, as SuperUser didn't work for me.

3. Then Click on "Boromir".

4. It Will Display A Root Confirmation Message, Click On "OK" And Then "REBOOT" Your Device.

5. After Reboot You Will Find SuperSu Application In The App Drawer.

If you see the application then you have successfully rooted your device.

[ CWM 6.0.3.0 Recovery for LAVA Iris 405 By:Vipul Verma

1. Copy the recovery image to the root of the SD card.Make sure it is renamed as recovery.img

2. Install mobileuncle MTK tool from Google play.

3. Open it and click on recovery update.

4. Grant Superuser permissions when it asks.

5. Select the recovery.img from the list confirm the installation and confirm reboot to recovery.

Have You Rooted ur Device ? Now with CWM. . Tired of Using Buttons ? Here it is Touch Recovery TWRP. Enjoy.....!

1. Copy the"TWRP Recovery....5.0.0.img" file to the root of the SD card

2. Rename "TWRP Recovery....5.0.0.img" to "recovery.img"

3. Install mobileuncle MTK tool from Google play.

4. Open it and click on recovery update.

STOCK TWRP BACKUP of IRIS 405 Byarthi Smart (Clean )

Things You Need: 1. Your Phone Must Be Rooted

2. Extract And Copy The "TWRP" Folder To /Sdcard/ (or) [Recommended] /Phone Storage/

3. TWRP Recovery

4. Power off Your Mobile Then Press n Hold "vol up+power" Go To Recovery

5. Press On Restore And Select The Image And Tick on all The Options

6. Just Give a Soft Slide then Restore Starts

7. After Complete Reboot Your Device Thats It

Note- Take a Full Nandroid Backup First from Your Recovery and Contacts too before attempting this..

Sahil do you have any idea why vipul is not uploading the ROM when he has finished everything??????? And what guneet is talking about that he can port any ROM of A110 to iris 405. I think only talks are going and no actual development if this handset was of some famous brand uptill now hell lot of research would have been done. Because of its international appeal and help of other developers i.e. apart from indians. Does indian developers lag behind in development ?? Is this true???
