Air Command Shortcut (without S-Pen)

It can be made for nougat or even oreo too (Indeed I have made on oreo too for test purpose) but now basic features like
1.Action memo - samsung removed this fully from Snote
2.Smart select - Can't work with finger
3.Translate - can't work with finger
So there is no meaning for making this mode only for Note and screenshot. I have stopped this project for this reason.

How to turn on floating spen icon?

Thank you. I turned off floating spen icon from air command setting. How could I get the floating spen icon back? Any suggestion will be helpful, thanks.
