You're lucky you're able to connect to it at all.

I get all solid green lights, but haven't been able to actually place a call through it since last thursday. *99 does not give the usual 3 beeps either.

A trouble ticket set up on saturday (2-26) mysteriously disappeared. I found this out yesterday when calling in to check status.

This device really has been more trouble than its worth since the firmware upgrade few weeks back. Even then it was out for nearly 8 days before coming back online.

I got mines a month ago and although it setup really quickly and I always see full bars, thats really no use to me since the phone never actually connects to it when I receive or make a call.

I have never had a problem with mine and I have had it for almost a year. The lights on mine are blue, not green.

That's why it works. Your lights are blue on your airrave which means you have the Samsung unit. This is the older airrave which only does 1x and no 3g.

The new ones (made by Airvana) that are out can transmit 3g, are horrible with the EVO and the Epic.

I currently have both and stopped using the Airvana. I am sticking with the Samsung unit its been much more reliable.

The Airvana unit has a lot of issues with texts and just plain no service after a while. I often find myself rebooting the Airvana unit.
