Airplay not playing videos in the Galery.?

I'm just starting to use my SNote 2 GT-N7105, and i've come up against a problem with the Airview/Airplay function within the Galery app.

At the moment the only video i have is the Samsung sample (mountains views & landscapes), i gather that when i hover the SPen over a clip like this it should enlarge and start playing the video, but what is happening is that the small thumbnail just gets larger.

The SPen pointer does change from a small ring to the blue filled dot when it hovers over a Galery thumbnail, and i have check in the SPen settings, and it all seems ok.

Is there another setting somewhere to make the Galery playback videos this way, or does this function only work with the Jellybean updaye 4.1.2 update, i am still on Jellybean 4.1.1

Any help would be great, the phone is not rooted, and it's the Samsung stock rom, my software keyboard is Swiftkey 3 if that has anything to do with it, and i have had the latest firmware update via the Samsung Kies PC software installed on the 2nd November 2012.

The functions of s pen u hav metiond will only play wt videoplayer app not the gallery app

Thanks ashwaa for pointing me I the right direction, I must seem really thick.
I think what's happened is I've watched the adds and promotional videos, and assumed when they were showing this feature, that it was happening off the Gallery app...... I never considered it was the video app at all.
