AJUDA!!!HELP!!

Hello, recently went into settings and system upgrade and had to update lollipop 5.0.2 for my bike g, then downloaded and installation time gave error and not updated! I had broken the root and rebloqueado the bootloader just for this update, reinstalled the original stock ROM and the original recovery, I tried to install over the air more always gives the same error and aborts the installation! If anyone can help save a life here, vlw!

Olá, recentemente fui em configurações e atualização do sistema e tinha a atualização do lollipop 5.0.2 pro meu moto g, então baixei e na hora da instalação deu erro e não atualizou! Eu tinha desfeito o root e rebloqueado o bootloader justamente para essa atualização, reinstalei a stock rom original e o recovery original, já tentei instalar via OTA mais dá sempre o mesmo erro e aborta a instalação! Se alguém puder ajudar salvaria uma vida aqui, vlw!

Diego, if you did some change in system partition or in build.prop , you wil have to revert it. You will need root permission to do it. After that, just unroot and use stock recovey will be suficient to upgrade.

I had done unlocking the bootloader and root but undid this before upgrade and recovery is the original 4.4.4

Diego, até onde sei (lendo nós tópicos aqui mesmo), se você desbloquear o bootloader, atualizações OTA (over the air) não são mais possíveis. Qualquer informação de atualização que vier ao sistema quando você está com o celular ligado não será executada.

Oriento que siga este tutorial, http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/general/install-brazil-5-0-ota-xt1033-t2963800, para restaurar o aparelho. Qualquer tipo de problema, poste informações, o que está escrito na tela e estas coisas.
