Dirty flash your ROM should solve that.
Really bizarre issue. And I advice you to use Open Beta 7 Firmware+modem
Dirty Flashed a previous build from the Rom but without success. Gone try to flash open beta 7 fw+modem
Maybe a clean flash of the Rom will help?
Well in that case, I recommend you to go to OOS stable 3.2.8 official zip if everything fails with you

Edit. Installed Kernel Adiutor and activated all cpu's (it overruled exkm). I think max freq was too low or something like that.
In exkm all cpu's are online again!

should i change my kernel to cm based elementalx if i use resurrection remix 5.8.0..?
Of course, RR is based on CM
If you flash OOS kernel it will result into boot loop or even not booting
Just reporting my experience: the Burnout PR2 script worked flawlessly on OB9. Meanwhile, OB10 has a worse user experience with the script on when compared to without it or OB9 with the script. YMMV, so I'd be happy to hear from others who tried it on OB10, as there may be something wrong on my part.

A lot of users reporting OB10 to be actually worse in overall experience...
Im using OB10 without a Script and it works perfect. Will try in a few days an ex Profile.

OB10 is good in screen off drain, but screen on is horrible for me and others, without kernel tweaks.
Im back on OB9 which runns perfect imo.
Can these be used along with Blazing fast mod? ( something like fly on mod) or best just to use this?
And people that have been using this for any amount of time, which seems to be the best kernel/ tweak combo?

Yeah, it's a known error ( I forgot on line of code)
Don't worry to much but you might want to use other version as that one is the only one with that error.
Although all that will be fixed on AKT which is going to be release soon soon
