Had the same "simptoms" with no launcher installed... Installing OneUI from Galaxy Store just brought up force close gallore :)

I don't know why but maybe something was wrong with dowloaded files as I've dowloaded them directly from my phones browser....then i just redownloaded both rom and fix from my laptop's browser and transferred to phone and now everything works really well...

I installed this rom on n960f without any problem. At first boot it gave me system error on the start screen then i restarted the phone then it was stuck on phone is stating. Then i went back ro recovery and flashed tje oneui fix file and since then everything is good

Didnt work. Still get endless "phone is starting"

Everything is working perfectly! Though whenever I restart the phone I get this XML error message at the start of the phone but doesn't effect my phone so don't worry about it ? Keep up the great work!

Dirty-flash over the SuperStable ROM v4 and first boot went OK. I then flashed the UI-home fix and rebooted again and no force-closes at all and ROM is running very smoothly with all my apps and data...I did wipe System partition, and Cache/Dalvik as well... just as a feedback for those that might be having issues. Thanks Dev...ROM feels very smoooth!

Tried to do the same on SuperStable v4.0 both clean and dirty flash... ROM will not install... Re-downloaded... Still will not install on 960FD...

No error message.... Just a 2-second installing screen that doesn't install anything, obviously, and I'm using twrp-3.3.1-r3.9_q-crownlte...
