Hi, I hope you can help me. I have a note 9 sm n960f. I am trying to whip this rom but it is impossible, it always stays in the samsung logo and does not go from there. I have the tpwr 3.3.1.0 and the boot and modem updated. I follow all instructions and do complete cleaning. What can happen so that it does not start? I have flashed the noblerom rom and that if it installs correctly but this rom is impossible for me. any suggestions or help ?? sorry for my English. Thank you so much

Can we get some more info?? What custom rom you had come from?. Are you coming from stock?

hello, I have tried both flashing it from an stock rom with magisk disk and root and I have also tried to flash it with both the Noblerom and the Havoc on, both roms if they flash well. Thanks for your help

OK so that I understand. You've come from Stock. Yes? You've unlocked the Bootloader and installed TWRP. Yes? And you used ODIN to update the BOOTLOADER AND RADIO? Those are the BL & CP files. Did you perform a CLEAN INSTALL?

There maybe another reason but I can't confirm.
Was your phone running Android 9 stock? If so it maybe best to try Android 10 first.
If everything goes well and it BOOTS then my suspicions are correct and you can't go from ANDROID 9 straight to ANDROID 11
