The options you get with the Aroma installer are great. No bugs, it just works.

Hi Mathias,

You can actually do this as I have done it. You just need to find a stock rom that matches to the version of Alexis Rom. Extract the boot image from the stock rom and replace the boot image on Alexis Rom with the stock boot image. Install the updated Magisk version and it will then patch the boot image as it is now the stock image.

does anyone know which stock rom this is? i too want to install the newer magisk

You need to go into about phone / software version to get the info on the rom version.

I did come across an issue the other day. Normally don't use a password / swipe lock but decided to use it. When I tried it would not save / set the swipe lock. I then reinstalled the rom and set it and it worked so I am thinking updating with the stock boot image with patched magisk may have caused it
