About mega mirror and mods

I can see there are 3 files in mega, i can see there are your rom, but why is the mods for alexis 7.9 .zip there ? Can you please give me information about this mods/ if i install rom ,do i need to install mods ?

why are you making this "bro" thing an issue? first of all were not brother's im calling him bro as a sign of respect. and i only respect good people. about the rom thing it is my first time to try and mod my S8 because i already bought the S10+.

@AlexisXDA please put auto hide nav bar in the next update. sometimes navi bar wont hide when watching movies full screen or youtube. LTE Only mode on sim cant receive or make a call also. please add more custom grid sizes. thank you great rom ive been using it as my daily driver.

Play Store does not work anymore

Hi Everybody;

I have the latest version of the ROM on S8 device.
For the last couple of week I cannot open Play Store I think since the Play Store app supporting dark mode.
I tried to re-install different versions of the app from ApkMirror with no luck.

Anyone having the same issue? Any suggestion other than the reinstalling the ROM with wipe.

I unistalled the updates for Play Store app and after re updating itself everything went back to normal.

Patience, I am pretty sure he will tell us when he plans drop support, the august patch has caused some issues on some devices so he may just be waiting until the next patch

Slowness issue while typing / S8 loses connection to the mobile network

I have been using Alexi ROM for two months now and am quite satisfied. Unfortunately, I noticed a poor performance in Google Maps, especially while entering addresses. The input of addresses always hangs for a few seconds. Can this be due to the original kernel or is it more due to the application itself? I have never noticed such problems with other apps or before using clean installed Alexis ROM.

For about a week, I noticed another error. Again, I'm not sure if another kernel can help or not. Multiple times a day, my S8 looses the connection to the Telekom D1 network. Surfing does not work. Incoming and outgoing calls also not. Only Wifi is always working. Very strange.

Update will be come with September security base. Note 8 already got them and s8 should get them very soon.
The Rom is not dead.
