OK I have discovered what was the problem. Thank you for your answers! My fault. ROM is blazing fine and didnt found any other problems!

It is a facebook app problem , same for instagram , the problem is not from the rom .

Thanks, but you're talking about AdGuard VPN service (traffic routed through their VPN servers) whilst I was referring to AdGuard ad-blocker which uses local VPN to filter traffic ... If you use custom kernel , then change it , if not , clean flash the rom .
Or you can use logcat and see were is the problem .
You need a computer with adb installed and on phone usb debugging activated and run this command :
This will collect real time logs from your phone upload them somewhere and give the link if you can't/don't know to read them .

Bug with Sound Assistant
Hello! I did a clean install of version 9.1. There is a bug with Sound assistant. I confirm that the individual volume for each application does not work. I tried to install version from apkmirror. I tried to give all the special rights. Nothing comes out. There are also lags when setting up the Sound assistant. Someone wrote about this back in January this year. Still not fixed. Please, dear developer, pay attention to this issue

Yes I have the same issue. Increasing volume steps doesn't work. This is the main reason I've been thinking of switching to another ROM.
Is anyone able to use Google assistant (hey google) from any screen? I can only use voice commands when I first open the google assistant app.
EDIT: Nevermind: Tested with stock rom and same issue there. Seems to be a language configuration issue.

@AlexisXDA : I could not find CSC "PRO" in your ROM. Do you know what exactly happens with the CSC features in that case? If there's no such folder, I assume it will not write the selected CSC features from your AROMA script, correct?
BTW: PRO is a CSC for Belgium (Proximus provider)
EDIT: It seems the update to your ROM picked the XEU CSC settings. So the CSC features are indeed applied, but the APN settings are wrong and I had to update them to the ones from my carrier (Proximus) manually.
