what do I need to do to bypass the samsung galaxy s8 (first screen) boot screen?

You might have the wrong TWRP

First make sure you have the right moded TWRP version. (Check the Nox 13 kernel page.)
Turn your phone off.
Then press and hold VOL+ , Bixby and Power
You should be in recovery mode.
Then flash the new TWRP
Then flash the ROM
Complete setup
Flash the Photo editor patch.

Dont remember which one it was but in aroma there also was a diagnosis or advance tools, if I remember well. Since *#0*# is for this you probably need it too.

Me was asking couple of days ago why it's required to flash latest bootloader and modem since v5.5. Me didn't do that as u can see on attached screen shot and ROM is working just fine here.

Did you solve this? If not, first try holding down Power and VolDown for at least 7 seconds. It happened to me and the phone isn't actually off, it just stops responding.

So first turn it off as above then see if you can restart into TWRP.

I tried it but it does not work on my phone . I cant boot to download mode, twrp....and when i charge, do not show percentages in display and LED light not turn on.

1. flash twrp by odin and reboot to twrp
2. format data, flash dm-verity and force encryption disabler(copy file from pc in twrp)
3. flash Modem_Bootloader_CRGB_SM-G95xF-FD_AlexisXDA.zip in usb OTG
when i flashed it, i dont checked md5. But now I check md5 on another phone it's correct (this file exists on USB )
and when i flashed it,i could not choose my device(950,955,F,FD...) and without aroma install. Is this normal?
4. then reboot, but when rebooting in samsung logo, i am force reboot to twrp by Bixby,volume down and power button(i back twrp to flash rom on usb).......
......then my phone bricked

I think I was wrong at step 4(force reboot when something is being install), it was like when flash on odin that was disconnected..
Can anyone give me any advice?
Can the motherboard replace work or not?

Alter step 2 you should flash moded twrp. Then you should flash New modem and bootloader. Then flash rom. But after finish flashing modem and bootloader twrp automatically reboots so you should hold volume up+bixby+Power (to black to twrp) if you did not do it your Phone stuck on samsung boot logo. But from screen with samsung logo you should be able to go to download Mode with volume down+bixby+Power. Try hold volume down+bixby+Power for longer if or try charge your Phone for while and then go to download mod

If i instal 5.6 and i dont like it can i restore nandroid backup on 5.3? @AlexisXDA

Just wondering are you able to add the touch sensitivity option into the Rom for the next release maybe? Increase touch sensitivity option?

Only thing missing for me!
