all apps disappear after reboot. help

Did full wipe and flashed cm10.1 and reinstalled all my apps. Once I reboot they're all gone. Full wipe n flashed cfx s15. Same problem. Everything disappears. Wtf? This is pissing wife off as its her phone.

Someone help?

Wipe cache and Dalvik.
If not do a complete wipe, and try again. Seems odd
