Nope. You are good. Its just different symbol but means the same thing.
Walter could you correct me if I am wrong. Is it possible to flash modem file Mj5 that you have posted, then install a JB rom with the new SafeStrap that was just released. Being that I am on KK KRaid now at the moment. I am curious as to if I make sense. lol

N900T Modems?

Hi Walter, luv what you are doing and the AT&T Modems will be helpful...but do you also have access to N900T modems?

I know this is in the ATT area but just wondering if you had them.
(yes guys, I've looked in the TMO section and searched :p )

Nice, but in the download the title said: SM-N900_NB4_Modem.rar
Hoping that you just missed the T :p

Now all I need is to track down the MI7 (4.3 version) Modem...you wouldn't happen to have that handy would you?
Yeah I forgot the T :p. I currently don't have access to MI7 (but I could get it)..but why would you need that?

Had better reception...

My wife has the latest stock version and she doesn't seem to get as good reception as I do, at least here in New Jersey.
(she won't let me touch her phone to root and etc, LOL)

But mine is on 4.3 MI7 and I seem to have better reception...she regrets upgrading and would allow me to change at least the modem.
My skills at this is probably limited to just extracting the modem.bin file :silly:, wouldn't know how to make a safe odin tar...
I think I can just flash it with all ticks off, put into PHONE (in 3.07) and just flash it...but heard there's two parts, NHPLOS or something like that...modems are just not my thing.

Alright do this to backup your current Modem.bin.

1. Open Terminal and type the following.

su
mkdir /sdcard/ModemBackup
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p2 of=/sdcard/ModemBackup/modem.bin

Ah ha, yes...so there's no need for that NWHAT.bin file?
Heard that it might have something to do with LTE, not sure how true that is.

I am currently still on mi9 that I flashed a while back when I used rdlv to root my phone. I definitely have a weak signal with the mi9 . Can I flash any of the modems you have posted? I want to make sure I don't fubar the phone.

Not sure if i am asking the question in right place...apologize if not..

I moved to new location where i am not getting network on ATT, so i changed today to T Mobile and everything works fine but inside my office i am still not getting network where my friend sitting next to me getting full network on IPhone on TMob.

Should i need to change the modem?

I am in KnoxRaid 5.6 with latest modem.

Flash this modem http://d-h.st/4Hd using the instructions in OP. It should work.

It worked for someone who did the reverse look here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2522282
