Quite frustrating that virtually all Qualcomm devices are locked per region like this, so you can't take full advantage of the hardware.
For example, in Canada, B29/B30 is used, but it is locked out if the phone is in Canada.

For a true international rom it should support all bands...
Reason it might not could be battery drain... As it scans all those bands continually it might use more battery...

Yes, OnePlus doesn't cover all of combination of Band 3.
There are three types of LTE CA:
1. Inter-band CA : B7+B28
2. Intra-band CA: B28 + B28
3. Intra-band contiguous CA: B28C

There seem to be changes after i did quick compare. Those changes seem to be also in the Op5 android 8 beta rom. So I will unify those 2 in coming days.
