Re: README![Updated 12/3/13][Q&A][ALL IN ONE Xperia T/TX/TL/V Collection] All Welcome

Just want to say.. Don't try to unlock your bootloader from flashtool, you may end up with a soft brick. Use fastboot.exe from the android sdk.

The only way to unlock the bootloader is via the official Sony way, so it is impossible to do it via flashtool or sdk.

Impossible to do via sdk? I think u mean impossible to do without sdk
nvm

offical Sony way is the way through the android-sdk
it was just, in flashtool theres a x10flasher_lib folder with fastboot.exe which also works for fastbooting kernels, but not for bootloader unlocking

thats what i wanted to say

Yes, got wires crossed there. Obviously the sony way uses sdk...I meant to say it cant be done via flashtool...

Please build a Touch version of CWM for Xperia TX and discover any method for rooting TX with .212 locked bootloader

---------- Post added at 11:46 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:39 PM ----------

I dont know why TX is so neglected, I dont see any reason what so ever, TX is better build than T, has better look, Better Performance (i have used both T and TX) and so on. The saddest thing is I did find any independent TX forum anywhere in the internet yet. As XDA is THE most recognized forum for developers I thought my concern about TX could be well considered here than anywhere. So please create a Independent Forum for Xperia TX and put everything TX related there.

Can anyone please tell me is it possible to flash a T or TL's firmware into TX ?? if yes then HOW ?? if no then WHY not ??

No need for your posts to be in bold...looks like you are shouting.

As for a TX forum, it has been answered before (Also in the thread you started asking about this)
As for ROMS for the TX that come from the T, please use search, there are several.
As for rooting a certain firmware, again, please search on how to root and upgrade whilst keeping root.

Re: README![Updated 12/3/13][Q&A][ALL IN ONE Xperia T/TX/TL/V Collection] All Welcome

Sory for the bold font man, did not want to upset anyone. I guess I was a bit stressed out by all the searching and researching about TX modification on the net all night long, and it made me upset that there is so little out there for TX where T,TL,V have more then enough.i am eagarly waiting for the JB on TX. I just cant take the ignorence anymore.hope some of you guys will provide root and cwm touch for the upcomming JB as soon as it lands on TX :)
