All ROMs end up in bootloop/stuck in boot

Hi,

I have a Redmi 3 that was shipped with xiomi.eu ROM on Android 5.1, there was no OTA Update so I decided to go on a original rom.
Bootloader is locked btw.

Now I tried several ROMs (old developer to the newest) via Mi Flash, there is no issue while Flashing (= sucessful) but it never boots. Now its in a unstopable bootloop to the cable connect screen - but Mi PC Suite does nothing.

I also tried several versions of MiFlash 2015/2016.

I can still access Fastboot and EDL Mode.

What do I wrong, why does no ROM boot?
