But the point is that NUBIA doesn't care! They just want to put the most powerful specs on a device and sell it for dirt cheap. They have no intention to fix the problems! They have a very poor track record for software support!

Nice to see that the custom ROM's developers have something to work with!
Let's see if this is going to a good path.
This is a huge step forward. Complying with the GPL should be the normal thing to do.
Wait until the NA software version V311 comes out and verify if some of the issue you mentioned above are solved.
Looking forward to it. Tons of bugs in 3.08. Wish Nubia would have left rom on NA edition stock like the RM3 And 3S. Any possibility of them doing that?
I don't know too much about custom ROM development, but now that the kernal source is available, could a decent custom ROM be possible (such as Lineage)? If so, I would contribute some $ towards a bounty for a decent ROM.
Edit: Also, with the Kernal source released, is there anything else a dev would specifically need from Nubia in order to start work on a custom ROM? Maybe we could petition Nubia if something else is req... Letting devs tinker and make custom ROMS was how OnePlua got so big

So I got the chance to update to 3.11 looks like some issues are fixed.
1.battery issues.. Statusbar has battery percentage also battery settings are available
2.japan doesn't allow 5ghz wifi outside buildings so I was not able to use wifi now I can switch bands and it is usable
3. Launcher still cannot be chnaged
4.statusbar has not disappeared yet on me.so probably that is fixed
5.netflix still SD no L3
6. Cannot test volte, bootloader unlock, and others as I don't get calls and I don't do rooting
7.i don't have any gpay supported card so sorry can't test that either
8.screen recorder settings are now accessible from settings menu
9.120hz still not available
10.if anything else you want me to check. Please ask.
11.custom AOD cannot be set, but if you disable AOD it can be enabled again.

Nubia tech guy told us that 3rd party launcher is in the works for the next version.
Also, Netflix L1 is being worked on.
We complained to him about AOD
But we ctually forgot about the 120Hz. Will get his attention on it ASAP.

I have an issue with the Red Magic, with my OnePlus 7Pro I can get LTE+ (LTE advanced) in my area but if I put the sim into the Red Magic it won't. Anyone else having problems with their Red Magic not getting LTE CA combos?
My REDMAGIC 5G has a fingerprint error when running the International rom. please help me. Thanks very much

I am on Chineese version and got only thr point with missing NFC. Using swisscom on switzerland. To all potentially new customers i recommend buying the CN version. You get a better charger (45min to 100%) and the software has much less bugs and more options. 5g works also with VoLTE and no caller id problems in 4g.
What languages does the Chinese version have in languages other than English and Chinese?
I want to use Thai and Japanese.
