All stock kernel with selinux set to permissive?

Wondering if anyone here could make a completely stock kernel .. but " only" change the selinux status to permissive .. is it possible ?
I came across this reading

I've tried selinux mode changer app with stock kernel from the app store an that doesn't change it to permissive .. Even tried that app with freeza no Knox rom .. Still nothing .. I'm to much of a noob to mess with the information in the pic .. Thnx for anyone trying to help

This is old I believe that was for 4.3
