How about debranding to India or EU version or you need China only. Restoring the imei method will take time..insaw somewhere but long back. I may be able to help but not before Saturday as occupied with few things for this week. I will try my best for you buddy to help but can not commit. Even not sure if the method that was shared will work or i will be able to find but hope for the best

What you did? It was fine in earlier you said. And only had issue with imei and others but phpne was functional etc. What you did buddy? Not sure what would i do or think to help here.

i tried a method to fix imei the mobile restarts then stuck

it's now like this but func 16 ipm3 imageView attachment 4331410

Is dialing a code shows the same or it unknown there as well?
Root your phone, flash oeminfo file again and then use dload and see if it is back

Did you try reflashing the same firmware and factory reset. try once. still havent got any working method.

If you're on L22 and you go with L21 builds, you could encounter issues of many kind, like system apps missing, not working or continuously crashing. Stay on your build, it's the safest thing to do.
