Wait for few days. They will eventually approve deep testing requests for the device as they have already done in east Asian countries.

It will be supported after next OTA update. Don't worry.

Not necessary new version for GT NEO 2 global EU ?

And how i can update ?
I have version software A02 but in website i see version A03 for my version.
Online update not find any update, i try update from recovery but telephone wrote me fail

Don't worry you'll get the next update directly on your phone in few days.

I've recently purchased a Neo 2 (RX3370) although I mistakingly got the Chinese version instead of the global one so I cant use android auto or the google messaging app if anyone has had success in unlocking the bootloader and changing the Rom please let me know.

Hoping Deep testing will be rolled out and approved soon

I have tried to install firmware from MSM but it asks for username and password. Has anyone managed to flash? I want to try but that prevents me.-Thanks for your help!

Hey I am new to realme device. I am unable to find option/settings to customise sound modes ringing, vibrate, silent mode.

Currently I have to manually mute the media volume, when silent mode is activated.
Isn't there any setting where I can turn on "mute media volume" as I activate silent mode. Just like oxygen OS ?

One more issue I am facing is pink tint when capturing photos. Is it common and is it likely to be hardware or software issue?

Yes, I believe it is exactly the same hardware the only difference is the software If anyone has success changing the Rom please let me know.

I just flashed Chinese gt neo 5g mtk chipset to indian 7x max 5g (same hardware) Im sure you will be able to flash chinese to indian in the future on gt neo 2 once they enable unlock bootloader. Just takes some time. Phone is brand new. Be patient. Too bad gt neo 2 so heavy. The late realme phones were so nice cause the weight was so light.
Seems like a step backwards. No audio 3.5mm jack. They shouldve named it realme x9 not gt neo. Its too expensive to be called gt neo. Its like having a pocophone that costs $400-$500. Gt neo is the best deal in a smart phone hardware performance since le eco le max 2 days.

I have a Realme X2 Pro 12/256 and I allways download the updates from global indian Realme website and flash it on Realme file manager.

Now I buy a black GT Neo2 12/256 since the first night that Amazon.es put it on sell and I think that those update files dont exist anymore for our Realme GT Neo2.

Lets waitt for OTA.

Now I am in A.03 Global.

HI. I bought Realme GT Neo 2 a few days ago from European distribution. The phone is on RMX3370_11_A.02 software version , security patch from 5th of August 2021 and Google System update from 1st of February 2021.
Is the European version same as Indian/Global ? In India RMX3370_11_A.05 is available and also they started receiving Android 12 update today (beta test). I had a chat with Realme Customer Care and they montioned that for Europe RMX3370_11_A.04 is available. Unfortunately my phone is not getting it. Are your phones bought in Europe still stuck on RMX3370_11_A.02 ?
