Alldocube iPlay 8T (T802) Unisoc SC9832E -- How to root, install TWRP?

I have a new Alldocube iPlay 8T. Model T802, using the Unisoc SC9832E chip.
Android 10.
The 8" tablet has 3GB Ram, 32GB internal flash, GPS and 2.5Gz WiFi. But not 5GHz WiFi.
Accelerometer, but no compass or other sensors.
LTE, but will not work with T-Mobile.
Still, not bad for $90

It has T-Mobile bands. Anyway to get it to work with T-Mobile?

Magic TWRP Installer. I do not know if it also works for your device but try. Just google search "Magic TWRP Installer"

i have alldocube T803 with unisoc 310 but it has android 11. I also unlocked bootloader but cant seem to flash he boot patched with magisk i get bootloops and i dont now how to flash twrp it wont take it
