so i did a nandroid back up so that i could redo my install of alliance .. no issues i just had it double installed and used the slot 1 primarly and wanted to move slot 1 over to stock rom . i do the nandroid and it recovers fine but when i reboot the phone it goes passed the galaxy splash and jsut sits at a black screen eventually going to the stock recovery ..everything was working perfectly fine .. even if i reinstall alliance and its working when i go back to restore the nandroid same thing . i did pull my nandroid to my computer is it possible to swap out some files and redo the nandroid

ya i installed this rom and used the nc2 flasher to flash the oc1 kernel then tried to use the boot menu to go into ss recovery but it just freezes on a black screen and if this mod is for that problem the link is not working, where can i find this mod or working link to it or how do i fix this?
BTW this Rom so far ROCKS! ive already showed my love and made a donation TY!!
Update!
i used nc2 flasher to boot to ss and i flash oc1 kernel to boot back to rom,
this is the process i assume you need to do in order to get back to rom from ss.
But a new problem arises, Alliance Control force closes when you try to change the base theme and are not able to go back into it nor can you get into system settings for the phone. Ive read at the begining of this thread that you uninstall it and delete the folder in internel storage and install Alliance Manager or change the language ive tried both these and still same problem i have to restore from ss, is there a fix?
btw is there a way to make the text background dark? i see no settings for that and was wondering if there is a trick to it perhaps?

Change it to what if its already English?
Should i go into system settings and change it to English uk then go into "morelangs" and change it to English?
Change it to whichever language you use through the morelangs app only don't worry about doing it through the system

flashed Alliance ROM with SafeStrap on ATT Note 3, stated was successful, phone rebooted and stopped at Samsung Galaxy Note 3 splash screen, can anyone help?
Power off your phone, attept to enter recovery by but using the three-finger, vol up, power, center menu button all at the same time after the phones been powered off, that should get you in the safety strap for recovery and allow you to do a factory reset, or go to the question answer section and search for
"boot loop", almost guarantee you'll find someone is already ran into your very situation in there, hope I was able to help, have a wonderful day

Used Odin to return to OC2, rooted again, now running rooted OC1 android 5.0. Just hoping for something a bit more fun, but happy to at least be at 5.0 and able to remove bloatware, etc.
Hi to everyone! Did someone have this problem: I was on 4.4.2 (flash N900AUCUCNC2_Full_Odin_Tar), rooted, installed SafeStrap, NC2 kernel and when I install any rom I get an error: "error executing updater binary in zip some symlinks failed (status 7) installation aborted". I've 20 GB free on Internal SD and on external. What the problem is? I've used latest SS.
Only have one issue it's that when I press the menu keybi brings up recents instead of menu items in apps how can I change?

Now I tried flashing xposed framework and phone won't boot up and it says safestrap disabled but I'm still able to go into it put it won't boot all the way up help!!!!!
And when I click continue where it says safestrap disabled it boots me to android recovery...

Hello, I just installed the Alliance ROM and love it. However, my AT&T coverage is spotty. I am on the OC1 baseband/modem.

I have had the Nexus 6P for almost 4 months now. Before that i had a note edge and a nexus 6. You're going to love the N6P, but be very careful with it. This device is very very fragile. It'll bend from literally the slightest pressure. It is like foil. The other day mine bent from two fingers pressure trying to straighten it up. [emoji23]
I already love it. Volume button position sucks. That's my only gripe. I went from kit kat straight to marshmallow. [emoji23] but it's all good. Just about got it all worked out. Battery is almost as good as kk. Just took some tweaking.
