Hi I am looking for a stock AT&T update for the AT&T Fusion (Huawei U8652)
I flashed a spanish rom and am now locked out using AT&T sim card so Im pretty sure I flashed wrong radio, I would just like to start fresh.

Just done some research and a stock rom does not seem to be available

But all is not lost

First you will need to root your phone like so (Originally posted by sd_james on XDA Forum - here) -

1 - You need to install the latest Android SDK - Here

2 - Download SuperOneClick v2.3.3 (Mirror here SuperOneClick v2.3.3 incase main sites down)

3. Follow the instructions and make sure that you have set your Settings > Development > USB Debugging box checked. I also set Unknown sources checkbox on.

4. Type in the following code on the phone keypad

*#*# 2846579 #*#*

This will open up the Service Mode
Go to Project Menu > Background Settings > Log Settings
Turn on Log Switch and set Log Level Settings to Verbose

go back one screen

Go to Dump and Log and place a check in all log settings.

Reboot the phone

After reboot use superoneclick2.3.3
In superoneclick on the general tab click the root button and wait for it.

Next you will need to install a recovery image like so -

TURN off the phone. Install the drivers for your computer so that the phone will be recognized. \

Driver download:

AndroidHandsetUsbDriver_v1.0

You also want to download the clockwork mod:

RecoveryClockmodByZaDkYn

Once you download the drivers and the clockword mod. Run "instalador.bat" Press any key and it will say "waiting for device."

Turn off your phone and connect the USB cable (**MAKE SURE DRIVERS WORK (AKA YOU CAN USE THE USB FILE TRANSFER TO SD, ETC**)

The instalador.bat command prompt should recognize your phone and install a custom file on the phone that will enable a custom recovery boot if you press volume down +power for 10 seconds (while phone is off)

Now you can install the (Almost) stock rom

Download this - ATTPlain

This is a modded stock rom based on the AT&T firmware version U8652V100R001USAC07B840 - Android 2.3.4 which has been stripped down (full details here - http://androidforums.com/sonic-all-things-root/503393-improved-t-fusion-stock-rom.html

Copy the rom to your SD card and then turn off your phone. Restart your phone by holding the volume down and power keys then install the rom from the SD Card.

Thank you for your help. I actually already tried all of this, and it does flash the stock room, but does not change anything about radio.
When I put in an AT&T sim card, it still asks me for a network unlock code... I think the only thing that will fix it is a radio file or original firmware file....
I am curious if flashing a Sonic firmware file would help, they have essentially the same hardware. Thanks again for the reply.
