STEP7 Touching the screen will be inverted .By touching the screen with five fingers The touch is in an empty place You can adjust the screen to get back to normal( It may not work the first time, but it will work in the end)
Good to know for rooting and getting to factory settings, but will not risk bricking device if not 100% sure in what I'm doing.
Still, I managed my radio.app to work with original firmware that seller sent and is working now and with this 3.com ts.mainUI8 that you sent it has a nicer UI and with themes posted above.
Will see how long it last operating. Now it is just matter of time when unit memory eventually, when new card is inserted in slot, will write again in wrong memory (SD CARD inserted - all files for iGO and maps and apk of APPS are there aswell). As for losing settings after bootup, that is history, in MP mode section of factory settings I have managed to save my unit settings (it's a kind a backup of unit settings) and now at every unit bootup there is no need to configure any icons again or setting each time.
I noticed also at factory settings that it can install "THEME icon" without installing third party apk , and it is located in ICONS menu. There you can activate/deactivate any icons showing in UI (like 360view, android auto, climate control, radio, DAB+ -if connected in multimedia, rearview camera, DVR, ATV etc.).
This "THEME" icon is mandatory for getting new themes from Ali express (found a bunch of themes for UI-s sold for small price), they are substitute for ugly UI's of Chinese firmwares. This themes look awesome and modern organized, but not sure if will work with various devices as 8227L mark is not in any description of this theme pack.
Coincidentally, I came across open source code for Head Units

https://developer.android.com/training/cars/media), which means that as with Microsoft systems, the shell or the entire UI of the system can be changed.
As the Chinese do before the sale, we can also change the entire firmware to our liking and needs. RADIO app and TSPLAYER app (music with MP3) can be changed to change options such as naming stations, editing the entire interface for the radio, all the way to customizing the application and the new DAB + system. Will try this source code and edit, and test in BLUESTACKS platform (emulator of android system) on my PC.
