Unforunately the Obi SF1 only supports the following LTE bands and neither of them are used in the U.S.
4G LTE: FDD B3 1800 MHz & TDD B40 2300 MHz

You can check it atWhen/where can we buy it? I like the internals and price, but don't really care for the design.
It looks like they put an iphone on top of a windows phone and smushed them both together.
Targeted markets for SF1 is Asia, Africa and Middle East according to official websiteUnforunately the Obi SF1 only supports the following LTE bands and neither of them are used in the U.S.

Don't care about the removable battery much personally, it's missing the front facing speakers for me and I also don't like the glass backpanel. But you're right that phone is quite awesome. There are finally some decent alternatives on the way for those of us that love the Saygus V2 specs. (Todays Sony Xperia Z5 and yesterday's Nextbit Robin being 2 other contenders) I'm quite confident that the whole saygus nightmare will finally be forgotten in a few weeks time.Wow this looks awesome! http://gigaset.me/en_UK/
Only thing it doesnt have is a removable battery. Other than that, it looks pretty awesome.
I agree that people will start forgetting about Saygus soon because of the upcoming fall phones. I expect the Sony Xperia Z5 and M5 so be good options as well the LG Nexus 5 2015 model with the latter 2 being the lower cost options.Don't care about the removable battery much personally, it's missing the front facing speakers for me and I also don't like the glass backpanel. All these options are larger (taller at least) of my G3. I want a smaller footprint phone, but not too small like the Z5 Compact. Again, Give me a LG G2 sized phone with 2015 features.I agree that people will start forgetting about Saygus soon because of the upcoming fall phones. Edit: Forgot to mention that the Sony models will be will be waterproof and dustproof which is better than just the waterproof feature on the Saygus. The Z5 and M5 models have Ingress Protection rating IP65/68.
Even the s6 is too big....I'd say give me an S4 with flagship 2015 specs. I think high "screen to body ratio" phones in the 5.0" to 5.2" range are what a lot of people want, but the ones being made are largely using older, lower spec CPUs, still stuck at 2GB RAM (or less), small amounts of storage, usually no SD card or removable battery. The only true flagship level phone in this range on offer in the USA seems to be the S6. I assumed LG would release a G4 Mini in this size range, but they seem stuck on phablets now. The iPhone6 outsells the Plus, I wonder what the sales breakdown between the S6 & Note 5 will be.
I think the best alternative at the moment are Z3 and Z3c.Here are the main features about V*V I find interesting:
A. Size and dimensions
B. "Battery to screen size"-ratio
C. Removable battery
D. Quick/Wireless charge
E. Pure android/Bloat-free
F. Available root access
G. Multi-Boot from SD
H. 64+ GB onboard storage
I. One SD-card slot
J. Two SD-card slots
K. Avoidance of SD810
L. Sunlight viewability
M. WiHD
N. Fingerprint scanner
O. Front facing speakers
P. Waterproof
Q. USB type C
R. Dual sim
For most of the features its possible to find some phones that have them, but does not seem to exist any phone that have all, or at least most, of these features. For instance, the LG G4 have removable-battery and one SD-card slot, but very few of the other features. Galaxy S6 ticks maybe 4 out of 18 boxes. Also most other phones seems to have serious deal-breakers, like poor battery life (Galaxy S6), SD810 (Z5, OP2), Moto X style is far to big, the new nexus 5 from LG only have 32 gb internal storage and no SD-card support. Poor battery life + non-removable battery seems to be a problem with almost all phones available today. It's hard for me to see any "nightmare" ending soon. I guess I'll wait for the newer SD820 devices to arrive next year, and see what they have to offer.
Battery seems a bit small, let's hope it is removable. I hope but don't believe in sd slot.It looks like the OnePlus X will be a good alternative to the Saygus.

Looks good, but might be frail, maybe there'll be a Active?Galaxy S7 does not seem to bad, if the rumors are true. It will get waterproofing and sd card support. 4GB ram and sd820 (or exynos). 3Ah battery. 5.1'' screen.
S6 active will probably get a price drop after S7 is released, so its probably better to wait for the S7 release.Looks good, but might be frail, maybe there'll be a Active?
Currently SGS6 Active now it has 64GB is tempting, though a little pricey. And a legit UK source would be good.
Key features for me are rugged, waterPROOF, RAM and onboard storage size, big battery, Qi, NFC, IR (yes indeed) and decent camera(s). Basically - almost a V2 - but this one exists :victory: It also has another button :highfive:
Still on the lookout for dual SIM and SD card though. Replaceable battery would be nice, but I can live without that if the other boxes are ticked.
