Always reboot in recovery even installing rom

Hello, please help
I just installed a LineAge Os on my X620
Every things seems OK but when i reboot to system, it reboot always on recovery
I changed to another rRom and it's the same

Please help, is there any solution or clue to resolve this
My phone is inusable right now

And when i try to side load file i got error code from adb cmd

Please help

try flash twrp 3.0.2.0 , but first enter the command fastboot oem unlock or unlock-go and next twrp. Wipe , advanced wipe( dalvick cache, cache , data ) back to install and flash rom.
