Any of you guys who has the Amazon Moto G4 ever try to lengthen the time the phone shuts the display down? I am trying to set it to 5 minutes for my dad who likes to take his time doing things on the phone. He hates it when the phone display blacks out especially when he is reading on his news on the browser so I set it for 5 minutes. The phone always closes after 15 seconds.
I tried on my daughters unlocked G4 that is factory unlocked and the Display Sleep setting seems to work on her phone.
I'm wondering if I got a defective Amazon version G4 or is it cause of the Amazon lockscreen and ads may be affecting the Sleep setting?
